Happy November! Happy Monday everyone!
November is a month when I really work on focusing on what I am thankful for.
I want to challenge us all to start a wonderful habit this month that we can take with us throughout the year.
Every morning when you wake up, I want to suggest that you write down three things that you are thankful for. This will start your day off on the right foot.
Also, how can you feel stressed when you are feeling thankful?
