Setting Intentions

Happy Monday!

Let’s start our week in the best way possible. Let us set intentions for what we want our week to look like. What we put out to the universe is what comes back to us. Let us teach this to our children too.

Setting your intentions for the week is a powerful way to bring focus and clarity to your daily life. As a parent, it’s easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of activities and responsibilities, but taking a moment to set clear, achievable intentions can make all the difference.

This week let’s commit to being present in our interactions with our children, prioritizing self-care, and tackling one long-overdue task. By setting these intentions, we create a roadmap that guides us through the week with purpose and mindfulness, helping us to stay grounded and connected with what truly matters. Here’s to a week filled with intentional actions and positive outcomes!

Some questions to ask yourself?

What are your goals for the week? It can be one small thing! We don’t need to overdo it!

What would you like to accomplish?

What is something fun that you have planned for the week?

What are you thankful for?

Wishing you all a wonderful week!
