Happy Monday!
Yesterday my husband Seth was just cranky (the Bills game didn’t help either). He asked me last night how I shake off my crankiness or moods so easily?
I talked to him about resetting.
I reset many times in a day.
I reset my mood and/or my perspective. I reset how I am talking to my kids or my husband.
I will say to myself, “Time for a reset!” I have practiced many times.
Hopefully this will help him. Next time he is cranky, I will gently remind him to hit the reset button.
Take some deep breaths.
Do some self talk.
Take a little walk.
Whatever it takes.
Good reminder for me as I don’t like when I’m cranky!
