Helping our Kids feel Less Pressure

Helping our Kids feel Less Pressure
🚗I was driving my daughter to school this morning, and she asked me about my agenda for the day.
🤔She often asks me to know what I will do all day while she is in school.
📝I listed my errands, course work and blog I needed to write.
💡I explained that I was trying to think of a good topic and she jumped in with several good ones including this topic - Helping our Kids feel Less Pressure.

📣Join me live tonight at 9PM ET on my personal Facebook page where we discuss tips on how to start with ourselves - the parents - to teach realistic expectations, watching our words, normalizing mistakes, creating a safe home, and so much more! This is a conversation that you don’t want to miss!
